Your Vote
In November 2008, Americans would have voted for a new U.S. President. I hope we have the sense not to elect Hillary ("the shoe") Clinton. I don't particularly care for Rudy Giuliani either. However, my political views are not important at the moment. What is important is the ability to make informed choices. Choices that are derived from known facts and genuine substance, not unsubstantiated hype and the drive-by media. For this assignment you will have to make such a choice. Pick any two candidates, a Republican and a Democrat, vying for the U.S. presidency. Visit www.wikipedia.org and www.factcheck.org to examine their position on a couple of issues that are important to you. Then, vote. Explain why you voted for your candidate.
